pranantum stotum vaa kathamakritapunya: prabhavati

Meaning –
Siva: – the divine
Parvati and parameswara are the two forms/bhaavaas of the same superpower – just like the two sides of a coin. If you remove from this word siva, the sakti beejakshara e, si becomes sa.

Yukta: – together with [you]

[by words - vaacaa]

stotras describing vibhooti, mantrarupa, sankalpita-sthoolarupa, chanting mantras, bhagavat-katha-kathana - pathanam descriprio-discussion - maanasika sankalpa [maanasa puja] are also included by the words pranantum stotum
Katham – how
Prabhavati – become fit or eligible

Oh! Goddess almighty! The divine, self luminous, avidyaanirmukta paramasiva, the prabhu, become capable to create the world only if with Tripura Sundarai[the pure consciousness], in the form of the supporter for the creation of the universe. If not associated with you, he doesn’t become like that; else, he is not even able to move, for sure.
Naan asaintaal asaiyum akhilamellame
Hence, Oh! Mother, how will a person who has not got janmaantara - punya be able to pray You, who is worshipped by the great Gods - Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra, Indra and others?

Other gods like Gandharva-Yaksha-Rakshaadi Devayonis, Devi upaasakaas, the Acaarya who applied the Devi tantras and put it into practice like Manu, Candra, Kubera, Manmatha, Agasthia, Lopaamudra, Skanda, Vishnu, Dattatreya, Durvaasa, Nandikeswara, Surya, Yama, and other manushyas also worship Devi and get happiness possessing the four puryshaarthas by Her Blessings.

Sankara prays with starting word Siva – asking the Goddess to bestow all sorts of blessings to all devotees, who prostrates to her.
Skaandapurana refers like this –

Yeshaa saa saakshinee sakti: sankarasyaapi sankaree
Sivaabhinnaa dayaaheena: siva:saakshaannirarthaka:

This sarvasaakshini sakti, who is the witness, bestows mangala for Sankara, who himself is the sarvamangala moorthy also. She never gets separated from Siva- like, fire and heat – or like guna and guni - or like sun and sun’s light - or like word and its meaning. If gets separated, then Siva becomes inactive or nirarthaka.

Devi bhagavatam says like this –

Sivobhisavataam yaati kundalinyaa vivarjita:
If Siva gets separated from Kundalini Sakti, he becomes inactive.

Abhirami andadi says in sloka 12 –

Kanniya tunpukazh karpatun naamang kasintupatti
Panniya tunnirupaadaam puyattir pakaliravaa
Nanniya tunnai nayantor vaiyattu naan mun cheyta
Punnia metennam mepuvi yezhaiyum poottavale

Poorvapunya
It is only due to the blessings of the almighty that we get a thought to study or chant or hear the slokas such as Soundarya Lahari.

Only those who have propitiated other gods earlier either now or in the previous janma, and acquired jnaana [knowledge theoretically], visited holy places and teerthas thereby following dharma-nishta only are becoming eligible to pray goddess Para Sakti.

Whenever Siva takes on different names and forms to bless people thereby accepting eesitritwatwam - like

Brahama, Vishnu, Rudra, SadaaSiva, Iswara, Hiranyagarbha, Sootratman,Virat,Swarat, Samrat in all these cases Devi takes the names and forms of Sakti appropriate to each Deva.

When Siva takes the shapes of indraadilokapaalaas, and also as various Devas, Manushyas, Tiryaks, Oushadhis, Vanaspathis,Bhakshya - Bhojyas, Nadeenada samudraadis, Parvatas, Vidyut, and such and such upaadhis, the Devi who is Siva and Para expresses herself as Sakti.
